Welcome to Youngsville! We are so excited for your decision to call Youngsville your home. Your cart(s) will be delivered on Friday (if your application was received after Tuesday). Your new trash day is displayed on the top of your cart. Please be mindful that your first bill includes services for the current month and the month ahead. Your regular bill is mailed (emailed) on the 10th and includes services for the month in advance. If you are on our e-mail billing list, please check your Spam or Junk Folder for your initial bill.

Disclosure of your Social Security number is mandatory under 42 U.S.C. 405(c)(2)(C)(i). Your Social Security number will be used to facilitate collection of payment if you do not timely and voluntarily submit payment. For collection purposes, your Social Security number may be disclosed to (i) the state to claim payment from any state income tax refund that might otherwise owed to you; (ii) a bank or an employer to attach bank accounts or garnish wages; and, (iii) to other local governments and other departments of this local government to facilitate the collection of taxes and other obligations owed to those governments and departments.

Participation in the Town’s solid waste program is mandatory by Ordinance. Failure to supply complete required information or supplying misrepresented, inaccurate or misleading information will result in your application being denied. Residents without Garbage Service are subject to fines and penalties.
