It shall be the duty of the Mayor to cause all ordinances of the Town to be enforced, to attend and preside over all meetings of the Board. The Mayor shall be the chief executive officer of the Town. The Mayor Pro-tem shall be appointed by the Board of Commissioners and shall preside over meetings in the absence of the Mayor. The Mayor Pro-tem shall be elected to a four year term that coincides with the election of the Mayor.
The members of the Board of Commissioners shall be elected to four year staggered terms. The Youngsville Town Board meets at 7pm every second Thursday in our Town Hall, located at 134 US Hwy 1A. The town may be contacted by calling 919-925-3401 or by emailing customerservice@youngsvillenc.gov.
