Apply for a Dog Tag

Submit updated record of vaccinations for each dog either in person at Town Hall Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:30AM - 4:00PM, via email to, or via fax to 919-925-3402.

Submit payment of $5 per dog.
Payments can be made with cash, check, money order, eCheck, and credit/debit card in person or online.
*Please note that there is a 3% convenience fee (minimum $3) for ALL eCheck & Credit/Debit Card payments.
